KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR
Short theory videos give you the references for technique, speed, boat handling, control and starts before you travel. You arrive knowing what we are going to observe and why it matters.
You should not spend the first day in Athens trying to understand what the coach means. The 21 Day Challenge gives you the theory and the key references before you travel. Then we use September 18–20 to turn those references into more speed, better boat control and decisions you can repeat in your next races.

Two days before the camp, we connect as a group to answer questions, clarify the references and set the priorities we will take straight onto the water.
The theory is already understood. In Athens we execute, get feedback, correct and repeat until you can recognise the difference yourself.
You still get the theory. You just do not pay to travel to Greece and spend the best training hours listening to it on shore.
Before the flight, you already know the technical references: what to look at, what to feel and which details can be costing you speed or control.
The group call is where we clear up the theory, align the key references and decide what must be obvious to you before the first launch.
Short briefing. Water. Direct feedback. Correction. Back on the water. The goal is not to collect advice; it is to leave recognising what makes you faster and what you need to repeat.
We do not try to cover everything. We focus the 21 Day Challenge on the areas you need to recognise and control when the fleet gets close, the boat gets difficult and every small mistake starts costing metres.
Build repeatable references for body position, coordination and the small adjustments that change how the boat accelerates and holds speed.
Upwind and downwind: recognise when the boat is working, when speed starts to disappear and which reference you should change first.
Make manoeuvres, stability and control reliable enough that your technique does not disappear as soon as the race gets difficult.
Work on position, acceleration and control so you are not just on the line at zero: you are able to leave it with speed and a usable lane.
Spain and Greece, one coaching team. The value is not having more opinions. It is having proven eyes looking at the same sailor from technique, speed, boat handling, physical preparation and race-rule judgement.

At the latest ILCA 4 World Championship in Denmark, this group left with 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 8th overall in girls, plus 2nd overall in boys.
These results are not there to decorate the page. They show the level behind the feedback you are buying: how this team observes, explains and corrects the details that matter at international level.
The €500 is not for three days of sailing. It covers the preparation before Athens, the international coaching on the water and the individual feedback you take home afterwards.
Need a boat in Athens? Add it for €60. Bringing your own? You do not pay for something you do not need.
Hotel and travel stay separate so each sailor can choose the route, accommodation and budget that works best for them.
Different levels, different objectives. The pattern we care about is the same: clearer references, more useful feedback and sailors who leave knowing what to work on next.
